Empowering Our Community
Alton Edmond, Esquire is dedicated to empowering our local community through active participation in the community and local politics. Alton Edmond has a track record of community empowerment through supporting the academic efforts of Brevard County schools, (especially those in the City of Cocoa), business development, and providing affordable housing within the City of Cocoa.
Alton Edmond, Esquire has been a volunteer with Brevard County Schools since 2018. As a staunch advocate for education he has: chaired the board of directors at Emma Jewel Charter Academy for the last five years, served as a board member for four years prior to being unanimously elected board chair, hosted school supply drives, volunteered at Brevard County Schools from Palm Bay to Titusville, sponsored programs at Cocoa, Rockledge, Spacecoast and Melbourne High Schools, as well as, Emma Jewel Charter Academy and Endeavour Elementary School.
Alton Edmond, Esquire, in support of business development has: practiced business law since 2017 and has served dozens of businesses, chaired a local chamber of commerce, and has supported businesses, opting to shop local whenever feasible.
Alton Edmond, Esquire has provided affordable housing to the City of Cocoa by starting a real estate investment company and building two homes in District 1 that have served local families and a duplex near District 2 for the same purpose.
